1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using aipropertyphoto.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
aipropertyphoto.com provides an AI-powered photo enhancement service for vacation rental and real-estate listing photography. We use artificial intelligence to improve lighting, color, clarity, perspective and overall quality of your property photos.
3. User Account
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
- Use the Service for automated/bulk processing without permission
- Create multiple accounts to claim free signup credits repeatedly
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original photos.
Enhanced photos generated by our Service are yours to use commercially.
Our Service, algorithms, and branding remain our property.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew at the monthly or annual frequency selected at checkout until canceled. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals; your plan and its monthly credits remain available until the end of the paid period. Except where required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds or monetary credits for partially used billing periods.
Purchased packs and additional credits do not expire and remain available after subscription cancellation. Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final: used credits are non-refundable, and unused credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. If a generation is not completed because of a technical failure, the corresponding credit may be returned to your account balance; this service-credit adjustment is not a cash refund.
If you are a consumer, you retain all mandatory rights under applicable law, including any 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. If you request immediate performance of the Service or begin using digital content or credits during that period, the withdrawal right may be lost or limited only in the circumstances and subject to the conditions established by law, including, where required, your prior express consent and acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory remedies for a defective or non-conforming digital service. To exercise a statutory right or dispute a charge, contact us at the address in the Contact section.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Italian courts.
